On My Dinner Plate
If I could refrigerate my happiness into containers then, I would place it in my deepest lake, in my microwave to warm it, to place on my dinner plate to smell, to taste- how it feels to be happy on a daily basis.

Monobina Nath is presently working toward her master’s in English. She is a poet and a travel vlogger. Her poems have appeared in numerous international journals, magazines and newspapers including International Times, Meghalaya Times, Outlook, Caesura, Piker Press, Setu Bilingual etc. She placed among the top 10 winners of the National Bilingual Poetry Competition in 2021.
